Ingredients:
1/2 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup peanut butter, creamy
1/8 tsp dried ground vanilla
2 tsp honey
3 tsp ground flax meal
Directions:
Add all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix with a spatual until even. Cool over ice bath. Serve cooled or frozen in small ice cube trays.

Ingredients:
2 tsp honey
3 large eggs mixed well
5/6 cup roasted and salted macadamia nuts
2 tbsp Tofutti cream cheese
1/4 dried, ground vanilla
1/4 cup water
Pinch of salt
3 tbsp Organic Valley ghee (to grease pan)
14 Strawberries for garnish (prep before hand)
1 container so Delicious CocoWhip (topping)
Directions:
Add all ingredients except ghee, garnish, and topping to a Vitamix blender and bled at high speed until smooth.
Heat frying pan to medium heat. Melt ghee on pan. Pour small circles of batter into the frying pan. Fry until light brown on both sides. Serve with fruit garnish and coconut topping.
