We have held our current pricing structure for nearly 20 years- we've worked diligently to keep our expenses down as much as possible in order to prevent having to raise rates to our loving patients. Unfortunately, with the continued rising costs of supplies, tests, insurance, maintenance, and other unmitigable factors, we are left with no viable options other than to mildly increase our fee structure. We have kept this increase as minimal as possible, and we will continue to reduce expenses as best as we can to keep our structure stable. We always aim to deliver the highest quality of care possible, and we hope you find our steadfast commitment to compassionate, empathetic, and quality care unwavering.
We understand this is difficult, and please know it was a decision we have put off for as long as possible, with great consideration, care, and compassion into finding the best solution we could.
In addition to a mild rate change, we are enacting some new cancellation policies in order to keep fairness to all folks wishing to see Dr. Buckley.
We are also working diligently on getting our Patient Portal up and running, streamlining access to records, scheduling confirmations, medication lists, refill requests, and questions for Dr. Buckley or support staff.
Please feel free to reach out with any questions. Below, you can find a detailed breakdown of our new pricing policies, which are effective 1/1/26 for current and new patients alike. Our current structure applies through 12/31/25.
-Appointments: Dr. Buckley bills at $496/hour, in 15- minute increments. This rate applies to all appointments, unless otherwise specified.
-Administrative: letters, supporting documentation for applications, other tasks not requiring an appointment are billed at $39.

We understand that life happens, and most of us don't have the ability to see into the future. Each no-show/cancellation will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, however, we do have a responsibility to mitigate erroneous/habitual cancellations and no-shows, allowing that time to be booked for patients that are eagerly awaiting a visit.
We respectfully require the following notice of cancellation/rescheduling:
New patient appointments: 5 business days in advance of appointment.
Returning patient appointments: 3 business days in advance of appointment.
Cancellations or rescheduling without sufficient cause during the above timeframes may be billed a fee of $299.
No-shows will be billed at the normal hourly rate for the booked time.
If a pattern is established of repeated cancellation/rescheduling, a non-refundable 50% deposit may be required to book another future appointment.
We do not accept any insurance. We can provide a HICF for insurance reimbursement if applicable. Dr. Buckley is not a Medicare/Medicaid provider.
